Isn't being naked in public illegal?
The short answer is no. Being naked in public in England and Wales is not against the law.

Do I have to get naked?
This is indeed the World Naked Bike Ride but you do not have to be fully naked if you do not want to be. 'As Bare as You Dare' is the theme. Fancy dress is also an alternative option!

Bikes
Check that your bike is in good order before joining the ride. We hope to have a bike mechanic on hand but this cannot be guaranteed.
Body Painting
Many riders like to get body painted before the ride. Painted bodies make a great statement. Some people are painted in ornate designs or bright colours. Others prefer direct messages and slogans

If you've made some friends on the ride you may want to hang around and catch up after the event.
